I The access easement shown at the northeast corner of Lot 2 is described in Deed Re-
cord Book 1189. Page 154 as follows: "A perpetual easement over the west 15 feet of
the lands lying East of and contiguous to the lands herein conveyed, but subject to a
perpetual easement over and upon the East 15 feet of the property hereby conveyed
for the purpose of a right -Of -way. with full right of ingress and egress to and from, over
and upon said east 15 feet for any and all purposes." The lands described in that por-
tion of the deed is 875 feet in the north -south direction.
The hearings and distances shown on this plat represent those shown I ) on a boundary
survey of this property performed in October, 1957. by Edward G. Smith and
Associates as last revised in August, 1978; and 2) in record legal descriptions of the
property purchased by The Darragh Company in May, 1976. A complete boundary
suney of the property Is currently in progress.

Missouri Pacific Railroad. (See Inst. No. 84-03491 of the Pulaski County Records.)

line of East Ninth Street a distance of 45 feet; thence north a distance of 246.1 feet;
thence N 89' 54' W 237 S feet to the intersection of the east right-of-way line of the
Missoun Pacific Railroad fright -of -way formerly owned by the Chicago, Rock Island,
and Pacific Railroad). thence southerly along said east right-of-way line 314.4 feet, more
or less. to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.84 acres, more or less;
ANb ALSO, a part of Pope's 1000 Acre Grant, beginning at a point on the south line of
Lot 1 1. Pope's 1000 Acre Grant, which point is 194.4 feet west of the southeast corner
