KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS
THAT WHEREAS, Kelton R. Brown, Jr. and Valerie J. Brown are the
sole owners of the following described property:
Lots 76 and 77, Westchester Subdivision Phase IVB,
Little Rock, Arkansas
NOW THEREFORE WITNESS:
That we, Kelton R. Brown, Jr. and Valerie J. Brown herein after
called Grantors, have caused said property to be surveyed by
Robert C. Lowe, Jr. and Associates, Registered Professional Land
Surveyor, and a plat thereof made, bearing the title Lot 77R,
Westchester Subdivision, Phase IV B, being a replat of Lots 76
and 77, Westchester Subdivision, Phase IV B, Little Rock,
Arkansas dated August 1989. The said plat bears the seal and
signature of said Surveyor and the signatures of the Grantors.
The said plat bears a certificate of approval of the Little Rock
Planning Commission and is filed for record in the records of
the circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, as Plat # Therefore, the Grantors do hereby
make this Bill of Assurance.
The Grantors do hereby certify that they have replatted the
above described property in accordance with the above described
plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as
designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said
property -shall use these designations.
The Grantors further certify that the easements and
rights -of -way indicated on this plat have not been changed
except as indicated on the plat and shall remain as indicated on
the plat of Westchester Subdivison, Phase IVB recorded as Plat
#C-41D in the records of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio
recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
Finally, the Grantors certify that all provisions of the Bill of
Assurance, Westchester Subdivision Phase IVB recorded as
document #88-15369 and as amended by the document #88-46970 in
the records of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of
Pulaski County, Arkansas, shall apply to and remain in full
force and effect for Lot 77R, Westchester Subdivision, Phase IVB
as replatted herein.
