Re: Revised Preliminary Plat
The Orchard
Dear Richard,
Enclosed are fifteen (15) copies of the revised preliminary
plat of The Orchard, a subdivision in Section 10, T-1-S, R-13-W,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
Our check in the amount of sia4.00 is enclosed to cover the
filing fee.
Copies of the plat are being sent to all the utility companies
to obtain the easements they require.
Vari4nces requested are:
1. Allow 75 foot centerline radius as shown.
2. Allow 15 foot building line on south side of Lot 1.
3. Allow cul-de-sacs to be 30 feet from property lines.
4. Allow odd shape on Lot 6 as shown.
