Re: Revised Preliminary Plat
The Orchard
Dear Richard,
Enclosed are fifteen (15) copies of the revised preliminary
plat of The Orchard, a subdivision in Section 10, T-1-S, R-13-W,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
Our check in the amount of $184.00 is enclosed to cover the
filing fee.
Copies of the plat are being sent to all the utility companies
to obtain the easements they require.
Varijinces requested are:
1. Allow 75 foot centerline radius as shown.
2. Allow 15 foot building line on south side of Lot 1.
3. Allow cul-de-sacs to be 30 feet from property lines.
4. Allow odd shape on Lot 6 as shown. J_

The Orchard will be served by City Water and Sewer, power
by Arkansas Power & Light Company and gas by Arkansas Louisiana
