STAFF REPORT: The applicant is requesting that he be allowed to revise a site plan to allow for the separation of structures which were previously approved as detached units. At the Subdivision Committee Meeting, the applicant was asked to notify the abutting property - owner to the north of the building currently being constructed only have a ten foot setback. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approval. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: A motion for approval was made and passed by a vote of 9 ayes, 0 noes and 2 absent.
