Plan shows only a 230-foot site distance due to proposed wall. Please contact Traffic to determine a position for wall to maintain setback. E. October 14, 1986 SUBDIVISIONS Item No. 14 - Continued G. SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE REVIEW The applicant agreed to furnish further information. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: A motion was made and passed for approval, subject to Engineerings approval of site distance and building line modified to 30 feet only in area of Lot 2. The motion passed by a vote of 7 ayes, 0 noes, and 4 absent. 1. Refer to meeting of December 1 and letter from Fulkerson, December 6. 2. Focus on future requirement: a. Construction to be completed no later than April, 1984. b. Summer !,83 only construction period before April, 1984. C. Appoint engineer - (Finley Williams) d. Commit to design during specific period - (Winter 83). e. Commit to construction during June - September 83. 3. To construct i street improvements adjacent to Winsor town homes causes technical problems. Entire cross-section should be constructed at same time. 4. Base course of SB-2 must be cleared and re -worked during reconstruction on road. Seal at this time will not be helpful (it would have been when required). 5. That this office proceed to prepare final construction plans and specifications for permanent pavement on Phases 1 and 2. 2. To proceed with permanent construction of the nine foot wide strip lying between the existing curb and gutter and the existing surface of Hinson Road. This proposal to front Phases 1 and 2. 3. Upon completion and city acceptance of Item 2 above, that Mr. Fulkerson post an appropriate bond for that work. 4. That Mr. Fulkerson be excluded from any tri-party agree- ments on the entire project. We trust that this proposal will be given serious considera- tion by your office.
