LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Two tracts of land being in aggregate Lot 13 of the
Comstock Addition to Little Rock as being filed in Plat Book
1, page 96, said Addition is also a part of the E 1/2 of the
NE 1/4 of Section 20, Township 1 South, Range 12 West of the
Fifth Principal Meridan and being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 13 of the
Comstock Addition. run, N 00 00' E along the west line of
said Lot 13 a distance of 298.32' to a point; thence N 87
57' 16" E along the north line of said Lot 13 a distance of
830.24' to a point on the west right-cf-way line of Arch
Street Pike and on the arc of a 9 51' 04" curve to the right
with a radius of 581.62'; thence in a southwesterly
direction along the arc of said curve 158.09'; thence
departing said curve run S 68 01' 02" W a distance of
329.51' to a point; thence S 01 58' 58" E a distance of
155.00' to a point on the south line of said Lot 13; thence
S 88 01' 02" W along said south line of Lot 13 a distance of
447.11' to the point of beginning and containing 4.23 acre
more or less.
