1, page 96, said Addition is also a part of the E 1/2 of the

Fifth Principal Meridan and being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 13 of the
Comstock Addition, run N 00 00' E along the west line of
said Lot 13 a distance of 298.32' to a point; thence N 07
57' 16" E along the north line of said Lot 13 a distance of
656.24' to a point on the west right-of-way line of Arch

Street Pike and on the arc of a 9 26' 42" curve to the right
with a radius of 606.62'; thence in a southwesterly
direction along the arc of said curve 162.613'; thence
departing said curve run S 88 01' 02" W a distance of
337.15' to a point; thence S 01 58'58" E a distance 150.00'
to a point on the south line of said Lot 13; thence S 88 01'
02" W along said south line of Lot 13 a distance of 465.68'
to the point of beginning and containing 4.43 acres more or
less.
