I hereby certify that I have surveyed a tract of land located in the E 1/2 SW 1/4
SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 36, T-1-N R-13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the E 112 SW 1/4 SE 1/4 NE 1/4
said Section 36 (said corner being located on the North line of Lot 1 First Church
of God Reclat of Tract #12 of Arnold's Highland Acres to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas) thence N 0*10' W along the West line of said E 1/2 SW 1/4 SE 1/4 NE 1/4,
100.0 ft.; thence S 89'58' E and parallel with the South line of said E 1/2 SW 1/4
SE 1/4 NE 1/4, 279.45 ft. to a point on the West right-of-way line of Frenchman's
Lane; thence S 0*17' E along said West right-of-way line 100.0 ft. to a point on
the South line of said E 1/2 SW 1/4 SE 1/4 NE 1/4, said South line also being the
North line of Lot 1 Church of God Replat of Tract 012 Arnold's Highland Acres; thence
N 89*58' W along said South line, 279.65 ft. to the point of beginning, containing
