THAT WHEREAS, Bank of the Ozarks, hereinafter called "Grantor", is the owner of the
following described property:
Lot 1, Jay Smith Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas, recorded in
Plat Book 18, Page 25.
AND WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable to plat the above -described property into lots.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Grantor has caused the land to be surveyed by McGetrick
Engineering, Inc., Engineers and Surveyors, and a plat made thereof, identified by the title "Lot
1R, Jay Smith Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas". -The plat bears the signatures and seals of
Patrick M. McGetrick, Registered Professional Engineer, and Robert C. Lowe, Jr., Registered
Professional Land Surveyor, the signature of the Grantor, bears a Certificate of Approval
executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is filed for record as Plat # in the
Records of the Circuit County Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
The purpose of this replat is to amend the current platted building line to allow for an
encroachment of a building as authorized by the City of Little Rock Board of Adjustment at its
meeting on February 23, 1998.

The Grantor further certifies that Zoning Ordinances and Building Codes of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas shall be applicable to the property shown and described on the plat.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF MASTER
STREET PLAN REQUIREMENTS FOR 7500 CANTRELL
ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for 7500 Cantrell Road, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31-282, requiring right-of-way dedication per the Master
Street Plan for 7500 Cantrell Road be waived. The waiver would reduce right-of-way
from 55 feet to 45 feet from centerline of Cantrell Road. Waiver includes the
requirement to dedicate a parallel 10 feet Road utility and drainage easement.

SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage_
