Plat and Bill of Assurance
Know all men by these presents:
That Arkansas State Building Services, hereinafter termed Grantor, is the Owner
of the Following described lands in Pulaski County, Arkansas, to -wit:
Part of Blocks 8,9,17,32 and 41; all in Santa Fe Park Addition, Little Rock,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Starting at the intersection of the North line of Block 10 �jith the East
R/W line of Interstate 430; thence South 88015'20" East along the North line of
Blocks 10 and 9 a distance of 355.30 feet to the point of beginning, said point
being on the West R/W line of Natural Resources Drive; thence continue South
88015'20" East along the North line of Blocks 9 and 8 a distance of 71.37 feet
to a point on the East R/W line of said Natural Resources Drive; thence along
the East R/W line of Natural Resources Drive the following courses and distance;
with a curve to the left havinga radius of 207.84 feet and a chord which bears
South 40005'23" East 27.67 feet, an arc distance of 27.69 feet; South 43054'23"
East 31.10 feet; with a curve to the right having a radius of 259.20 feet and
a chord which bears South 21022'19" East 198.67 feet, an arc distance of 203.89
feet; South 8026'52" East 60.04 feet; South 6055'26" West 100.50 feet; South
1009'45" West 500.00 feet; South 4032'52" East 100.50 feet; South 6052'22" West
100.50'; South 1009'45" West 110.68 feet; South 40036'15" East 46.80 feet to a
point on the North R/W of West Markham Street; thence North 83019'19" West along
said North R/W line of West Markham Street 114.10 feet to a point on the West
R/W line of Natural Resources Drive thence along the said West R/W line of
Natural Resources Drive the -Following courses and distances: North 45016'52"
East 32.18 feet; North 4032'53" West 100.50 feet; North 6052'23" East 100.50
feet; North 1009'45" East 500.00 feet; North 4029'50" 4-Jest 100.49 feet; North
10043'46" East 60.03 feet; with a curve to the left having a radius of 199.20
feet and a chord which bears North 21022'19" West 152.68 feet, an arc length
of 156.69 feet; North 43054'23" West 31.10 feet; with a curve tg the right
having a radius of 267.84 feet and a chord which bears North 35 15'31" West
79.54 feet, an arc length of 79.84 -Feet to the point of beginning containing
1.842 acres, more or less. '
And it is desirable that the above described lands be platted;
Now therefore, the said Grantor, for and in consideration of the benefits
to accrue to the State Building Services, which is hereby acknowledged to be of value,
have caused to be made a plat, attached hereto, showing the survey made October 25, 1982,
by Mehlburger, Tanner, Renshaw & Associates, showing the bounds and dimensions of the
property now. being platted, and designated as Natural Resources Drive.
The lands embraced in said plat as above described shall forever be known as:
Natural Resources Drive.
The Grantor herein do hereby dedicate unto the public the street as reflected on
said plat; no building shall be built within street right-of-way.

executed the same for the purposes and consideration therein set forth.

The considerations set forth are hereby approved by the City of Little
Rock Planning Commission. Any additional requirements, restrictions or
statements are entered without review or action by the Planning Commission,
and shall not be considered part of the Little Rock Planning Commission's
requirements for plat approval.

RE: NATURAL RESOURCES DRIVE
PROPERTY TRANSFER
Gentlemen:
We are returning the original plat tracing dated October 25, 1982,
with appropriate signature as requested.
Please be aware that State Building Services also is relinquishing
the maintenance and operation of the street lights along this drive
and the school crossing signal system. Our Maintenance and Operations
Section will cooperate where needed in transferring the street lights
and cross walk signals.
Please call if further information can be provided regarding this matter.
