Legal Description
Part of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section 11, Town-
ship 1 South, Range 13 West, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 11,- i-1-S;R-13-W,
said point being in the centerline of Chicot Road; thence S 890 40' W along, the South line
of the NE 1/4 of said $ection 11, 660.3 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 38 35' W,
663.0 feet; thence N 00 52'W, 427.77 feet to the centerline of a creek; thence Northeasterly
along the centerlineof said creek to a point on the South line of Lot "12", Green Meadows
sub., Section "A", (recorded in plat book 13 page 99 in the Pulaski County Court House);

214.0 feet to the point of beginning: containing 13.63 acres, more or less.
