This request is a continuation of the process of abandonment
of the Architectural Review Committee established for
Rock Creek corridor. The Committee was disbanded shortly
after formation due to problems with liability. There have
been several projects in the area which caused covenant
release. These releases have not been controversial and have
been recommended by both staff and Planning Commission.

STAFF REQUEST:
This request is a continuation of the process of abandonment
of the Architectural Review Committee established for Rock

recommended by both Staff and Planning Commission.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Approval as filed.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: (March 7, 1989)
There were no objectors in attendance. The application was
represented by Mr. Maury Mitchell and Mr. Don Bailey. After
a brief discussion, the Planning Commission determined it
appropriate to place this item on the Consent Agenda for
approval. A motion was then made to that effect. The
motion passed by a vote of 10 ayes, 0 nays, 1 absent.
