HomeMy WebLinkAboutS-0296-D ApplicationL- IJo. ott Area Zoning Aj PARKWAY VILLAGE ORDINANCE NO. 15,671 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MODIFICATIONS TO A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND PROVIDING FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF A PRD DISTRICT ENTITLED PARKWAY VILLAGE REVISED PRD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 14,274 AND CHAPTER 36, SECTION 36-176 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 14,274 be amended to provide for modification of District described as: Parkway Village Revised Planned Residential District SECTION 2. That the revised Site Development Plan and plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission. SECTION 3. That the maintenance of the zoning classification, the revised plan for Parkway Village is conditioned upon obtaining final plat approval within the time specified by Article VII, Section 36, Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances. SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36-81. and 36-82. of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect the designated change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
