Final plat confirmation of an approved preliminary.
This item has been submitted as required by ordinance to
receive final confirmation. Staff has found no problem with
the plan and recommends approval.
A motion was made and passed to approve the request. The
vote - 4 ayes, 0 noes and 1 absent.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
There were no objectors present. The application was
represented. After a brief discussion, the Planning
Commission voted to recommend approval of the final plat of
the first phase of Parkway Village Planned Residential
Development. The vote - 10 ayes, 0 nays.
