Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the SETA; thence N 020 23' 37" W
for 30.03 feet to a point on the North right-of-way line of Mara Lynn
Road; thence N 890 451 33" E along said North right-of-way line for
980.64 feet to the Southwest corner of Park Ruby Subdivision; thence
N 020 541 27" W along the West line of Park Ruby Subdivision for 437.11
feet to the Northeast corner of Tract "S", Green Mountain Subdivision;
