The easement is 45 feet in width. Mr. White then stated that the developer will build a 21-foot asphalt street over a proper base within this easement but provide no curb and gutter. The drainage proposed within the easement and the subdivision may be open ditches. Mr. White also stated that his analysis indicated that there is not a problem with respect to the lot sizes. A general discussion followed wherein it was determined that a review of the drainage and hillside regulations should be accomplished by the staff. A motion was then made to approve the plat and waivers subject to Public Works approval of the drainage plan and determining the dr+mac requirements both within the plat and the access dawn.
