E. ANALYSIS:
The plat in general is acceptable. However, the many
detail failures should be corrected and variances
properly requested.
F. STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
The Planning Staff recommends approval of the
preliminary plat as revised.
SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE COMMENT: (December 22, 1988)
Mr. Pat McGetrick, the Engineer of Record on the preliminary
plat, was present. He identified the changes and the update
on the preliminary. He identified the additional properties
owned by the ERC and the relationships with the adjacent
properties owned by the Aldersgate Camp and a financial
institution. He generally covered the development proposal
on this lot. The Planning Staff reported that it had no
further concerns for the plat as revised. However, the
Staff pointed out that the omission of right-of-way and
improvements along Aldersgate Road had been corrected. It
was further pointed out that the original basis for the
omission from this plat dealt with unusual property line
relationships. The street will now be constructed to the
south boundary of this preliminary plat.
