RE: Ecumenical Retirement Center Addition Preliminary Plat of Tract
2R, 4 and 5, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
Dear Bernadette:
On behalf of the owners -developers, ERC Foundation,Inc., we are re-
questing a review of the above referenced addition. The platting is
for the purpose of construction of Phase III of Good Shepherd Ecumenical
Retirement Center on Tract 4.
The plat follows the same format as that approved in 1982 for Phase II.
Lot 2R is a replat of Lot 2 of that plat, adding a landlocked piece,
formed by Tract 4, to Tract 2. There will be no new street dedication as
the project will have access thru Tract 1 of this same development.
Tract 4 will have point contact with Shackleford Road, but vehicular
access will be provided thru the drives of Phase I in Tract 1. The
site will be served by the Little Rock Wastewater Utility and the
Little Rock Water Works as before.
