STAFF REPORT: The applicant is requesting to revise a recorded final by modifying the northern building setback line. This will reduce the building line from 90' to 65' only on the middle portion of Tract 2. When the building was designed, the architect did not anticipate a 25' setback outside of the access easement. Thus, this request is based on the applicant's desire to correct, this mistake. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approval of the request. SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: A motion was made for approval as recommended by the staff.
