LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A parcel of land located in the SE 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 10,
T-1-N, R-13-W, City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkan-
sas being more particularly described as follows :
Beginning at the southeast corner of said SE 1/4, SW 1/4
Section 10, T-1-N, R-13-W, thence N 87' 26' 03" W, 628.43
feet along the south line of said SE 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 10;
thence N 34e 59' 34" E, 133.20 feet to the southerly line of
Tract 1, Ecumenical Retirement Center Addition; thence
N 550 00' 26" W, 276.69 feet along the southerly line of said
Tract J to the easterly right-of-way line of Aldersgate Road;
thence N 34" 59' 34" E, 105 feet along the easterly right-of-
way line of Aldersgate Road; thence continuing along the
easterly rightof-way tine of Aldersgate Road on a curve to
the right having a radius of 390.0 feet and a chord bearing
N40. 56' 52" E, 317.81 feet to the northerly line of said
Tract I ; thence S 850 00' 26" E, 149.53 feet along the nor-
therly line of said Tract I ; thence S 55' 00' 26" E, 620.72
feet to the east line of said SE 1/4; SW 1/4, Section 10; thence
S 00° 00' 26" E, 325.0 feet along the east line of said SE 1/4,
SW 1/4 Section 10 to the Point of Beginning and containing
8.02 acres more or less.
