sas being more particularly described as follows :
Beginning at the southeast corner of said SE 1(4, SW 1 /4
Section 10. T-1-N. R-13-W, thence N 870 16' 03' W, 61_8.43
feet along the south line of said SE 1/4. SW 1/4, Section 10;
thence N 34P 59' 34" E, 133.20 feet to the southerly line of
Tract 1, Ecumenical Retirement Center Addition; thence
N 550 00' 26" W. 276.69 feet along the southerly line of said
Tract I to the easterly right-of-way line of Aldersgate Road;
thence N 34° 5W 34" F, 105 feet along the easterly right-of-
way line of Aldersgate Road : thence continuing along the
easterly right-of-way line of Aldersgate Road on a curve to
the right having a radius of 390.0 feet and a chord bearing
N400 56' 511" E, 317.81 feet to the northerly line of said
Tract I ; thence S 850 00' 26" E, 149.53 feet along the nor-
therly line of said Tract 1 : thence S 55' 00' 26" E, 620.72
feet to the east line of said SE 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 10; thence
S 000 00' '_b" E, 325.0 feet along the east line of said SE 1/4.
