sas being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said SF. 1/4, SW 1/4
Section 10. T-I-N, R-13-W, thence N 87e 26' 03" W. 628.43
feet along the south line of said SE 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 10;
thence N 34' 59' 34" E. 133.20 feet to the southerly line of

Tract I to the easterly right-of-way line of Aldersgate Road:
thence N 34' 59' 34" E, 105 feet along the easterly right-of-

easterly right-of-way line of Aldersgate Road on a curve to
the right having a radius of 390.0 feet and a chord bearing
N40e 56' 52" E, 317.81 feel to the northerly line of said

feet to the east line of said SF 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 10; thence
