sas being more particularly described as follows :
Beginning at the southeast corner of said SE 1/4, SW 1/4
Section 10. T-I-N, R-13-W.. thence N 87' 26' 03" W, 628.43
feet along the south line of said SE 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 10:
thence N 34' 59' 34" E, 133.20 feet to the southerly line of
Tract I, Ecumenical Retirement Center Addition; thence
N 55° 00' 26" W, 276.69 feet along the southerly line of said
Tract .1 to the easterly right-of-way line of Aldersgate Road;
thence N 34' 59' 34" E, 105 feet along the easterly right-of-
way line of Aldersgate Road; thence continuing along the
easterly right-of-way line of Aldersgate Road on a curve to
the right having a radius of 390.0 Meet and a chdrd bearing
N400 56' 52" F., 317.81 feet to the northerly line of said
Tract I ; thence S 85' 00' 26" F, 149.53 feet along the nor-
therly line of said Tract 1 ; thence S 55' 00' 26" E, 620.72
feet to the east line of said SE 1/4, SW 1/4. Section 10-.thence
S 000 00' 16" F. 325.0 feet along the east line of said SF 114,
