cated in the NW1/4 NW1/4 Section 11, T-1-N R-13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as: Beginning at an iron pin marking the South-
west corner of said Lot 1; thence NO2°16'15"W along the West line of said
Lot 1, to an iron pin marking the Northwest corner thereof; thence to the

said Lot 1, 202.99 ft. to an iron pin marking the Northeast corner thereof;

with an interior angle of 178044', N84°00'15"W and continuing along said
South line, 45.27 ft. to the point of beginning, containing 40,000 sq. ft.
