A. PROPOSAL RE UEST:
This application proposes a three story, 36 unit
apartment building partially on the site already used
as a retirement community located at 800 Napa Valley
Road. The proposed site for this building will also
require the rezoning of approximately 2.5 acres of the
undeveloped portion of the site from "R-2" to "MF-18".

B. EXISTING CONDITIONS:
This site is currently occupied by apartments and
parking areas. The new site lies west from the
existing development and is on a steep slope with
mature timber in place.

There were no objectors in attendance. The application was
presented by Mr. R. Brown after a brief discussion, the
Commission determined it appropriate to place this item on

A motion was then made to that effect. The motion passed by
a vote of 10 ayes, O nays, and 1 absent.
