PROPOSAL RE UEST: This application proposes a three story, 36 unit apartment building partially on the site already used as a retirement community located at 800 Napa Valley Road. Brown after a brief discussion, the Commission determined it appropriate to place this item on the consent agenda for approval. A motion was then made to that effect. The motion passed by a vote of 10 ayes, O nays, and 1 absent. E
