Conditions for Final Platting of Phase 7
1. The final platting of lots in Phase 7 will not be allowed until the developer
dedicates the right-of-way for the future interchange.
2. Also the final platting of lots in Phase 7 will not be allowed until the developer
commits to the construction of the relocated service road around the future
interchange or the service road is included in Arkansas State Highway and
Transportation Department final plan for the interchange construction with
construction of the service road and interchange planned to be started within
one year.
ABANDONMENT OF EXISTING ROADWAY
i, Robert A. Vogel, the representative of the owners of the property located on
the eastern side of the Otter Creek Industrial Park, do not object to or oppose
the abandonment of the east -west portion of Old Bowen Road located approxi-
mately one -quarter mile south of Mabelvale West Road extending eastward from
Otter Creek East Boulevard to the Western boundary of my property.
