STAFF REPORT
This plan, involving the development of a mixed use business
center of 40,000 square feet, was approved by the Commission
on September 15, 1981. Staff's analysis at that time
included recommending slight modifications to some of the
curb design. The applicant has submitted these revisions
and the changes on the plan are not in excess of 5%.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Approval.

Mr. John Allison, Architect, for the project, was present.
A motion for approval was made and passed by a vote of
3 ayes, 0 noes, 1 absent and 1 abstention* (*abstention -
Rector).
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
The applicant was present. A motion for approval of the
request was made and passed by a vote of 9 ayes, 0 noes and
2 absent.
