Dear Gene:
The Parham Place "PCD", (approved by the Board of Directors on October 6th,
1981) specified certain landscape requirements, including the preservation
of several mature Oak trees. On —site inspection of the project, now -under
construction, reveals that the property has been totally denuted and that
fill material has been brought in. These actions are inconsistent with
the "PCD" approval.
I understand that these changes were required by the Public Works Department
in order to address drainage problems in the area. In order to clarify the
situation, could you furnish me with a written explanation of why the "PCD"
was modified. I would also like you to send me the Parham Place landscape
plan so that this office will be aware of what kind of landscaping is now
contemplated. Thanks for your cooperation.
Sincerely yours,
Nathan'el M. Griffin, Director
