Markham Little Rock, Arkansas 72201 Re: Permit For Additional Driveway 800 Reservoir Road Little Rock, Arkansas Dear Mr. Greeson: We need a permit for an additional drive going to the Ford Motor Credit Co. building at 800 Reservoir Road. There is one drive opening now to this property which has 80 parking spaces plus in and out traffic. This building has 9,500 square feet, and Ford Motor Credit Co. occupies 6,400 square feet with 43 employees working there and a constant flow of customers. The remaining 3,200 square feet is available for retail use and will probably have 5 to 10 employees plus in and out traffic. Site plan by Harold Blackwood, Architect, is attached. The 3,200 square feet space has been available for lease for over 3 months and objections have been raised because of limited access from Reservoir Road. Similar properties on Reservoir Road have two drives and less frontage. We have a 170_foot frontage. Enclosed are pictures showing buildings in the immediate area with two or more drives. Several buildings in the area have been completed in the past year or two, and all are less than nine years old. Please approve a permit for this additional drive.
