WHEREAS, The ARC Arkansas, hereafter known as the owner of the following

NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That we, the owner, hereinafter termed the Grantor, has caused said tract of land to be
surveyed and engineered by White-Daters & Associates, Inc., registered professional land
surveyors, and a replat thereof made which is identified by the title:

Centennial Addition
Little Rock, Arkansas
said plat is dated August, 2002, and bears the signature of said land surveyors and the said
Grantor and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission
and is on record in the Office th C. uit Clerk and ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, Document Number and the Grantor does hereby make this the Bill
of Assurance.
The Grantor does hereby certify that it has replated said real estate in accordance with
said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and

There currently exist two (2) buildings on the Property. The buildings share a common
party wall as designated on the Plat. The owner of each building shall own its respective half to
the center of the party wall and shall be jointly obligated to maintain the party wall in good
condition and in conformance with the Building Code of the City of Little Rock.
