There are areas of ground shown and dimensioned on the Plat marked or labeled as "Utility Easement" that Stallings hereby donates, dedicates and reserves for the non-exclusive use of and by public utilities, subject at all times to the proper authorities and to the terms, conditions and rights set forth and/or reserved herein; and the owners of said lots shown on the Plat shall take title subject to the rights of the referenced public utilities as shown on the Plat. Henceforth, it shall be sufficient to convey the same by those descriptions. This is a replat only and no amendment to the Bill of Assurance, as recorded with the Pulaski County Circuit Clerk and Recorder's Office June 5, 1926 in Deed Book 186, Page 62, or the covenants and restrictions contained therein, shall be deemed to have been effected hereby.
