BILL OF ASSURANCE
WHEREAS, Robert L. Shults is the sole owner of the following described property Lot 3M Prospect Terrace, an
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and desire to plat said lots.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That I, the said Robert L. Shults hereinafter termed grantor has caused said tract of land to be surveyed by Paul M.
White, Registered Professional Surveyor, and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title
Lot 39RR, Pros t Terrace an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas and the date June 2007 and by the signature of
he said surveyor and the said grantor(s), and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission,
and is on record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Book
Page and the grantor(s) do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantor does hereby certify that he has re -platted said real estate in accordance with said plat. The lands embraced
in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat, and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this
designation and shall be subject to the covenants, conditions, reservations and restrictions contained in Bill of Assurance filed
for record and recorded in Deed Book B, Page 539 ; records of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
The purpose of this instrument is to amend the current building line to allow for the encroachment of the house
addition as authorized by the Board of Adjustment at it's meeting on May 21, 2007.
