That whereas, Jeffrey Dale Dawson & Judith Scott Dawson are the owners of Lot 93, Prospect
Terrace No. 2, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
That we, Jeffrey Dale Dawson & Judith Scott Dawson hereinafter termed grantor, have caused the
said tract of land to by surveyed by Donald W. Brooks, Professional Registered Land Surveyor and a plat
thereof made which is identified by the title of Lot 93 R, being a replat of Lot 93, Prospect Terrace No. 2,
an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski. County, Arkansas. By the signature of the said surveyor
and the said grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock - lanning
Commission and is on record in the Office of Circuit Clerk and ex-ofTicio Recorder of Pulaski: County,
Arkansas in Plat Book _ 14 Page a T _ and the grantors do hereby make this Bill of
Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance. with said Plat. The
lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance
for said property shall use this designation.
The purpose of this replat is to change the front building line as required by Board of Adjustments in
Board of Adjstment Case No. Z-4724-A.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio
Recorder of Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements
shown on the said plat.
