SUBJECT: North Sibley Hole and Nash Lane
Erosion and Excavation Ordinance
It appears that the clearing and excavation at the above referenced location is
excessive and in violation of the erosion and excavation ordinance. A grading plan
has to be submitted before excavation could begin.
