KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT WHEREAS, Richard Johnson and Jane Johnson (herein
referred to as "Grantors") are the owners of the following
described property in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas:
Lot 11, Westover Hills Subdivision, Little Rock,
Arkansas
AND WHEREAS, the Grantors desire to replat the above
described property.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Grantors have caused the said prop-
erty to be surveyed by McGetrick Engineering, Inc., Engi-
neers and Surveyors, and a plat made thereof, identified by
the title "Lots 11A and 11B, being a Replat of Lot 11, West-
over Hills Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas". The plat
bears the seals and signatures of Robert C. Lowe, Jr., Reg-
istered Professional Land Surveyor, and Patrick M. McGe-
trick, Registered Professional Engineer, the signatures of
the Grantors, a*Certificate of Approval by the Little Rock
Planning Commission, and is filed for record in the office
of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas, as Plat #
The Lands embraced in the said plat shall be forever
known as Lots 11A and 11B, Westover Hills Subdivision, Lit-
tle Rock, Arkansas, and all conveyances of the said lot
shall bear this description.

The filing of the plat for record in the office of the
Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County
shall constitute a complete and valid delivery of any ease-
ments and/or rights -of -way shown on the Plat.
The Lots shown on this plat shall be used only for
single-family residential purposes. No house shall be con-
structed nearer to the property lines than the building
lines shown on the plat. All building codes and zoning
ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas shall be
applicable.
