This request is being written on behalf of Snider
Corporation in connection with its PCD Development
which was approved by the Little Rock Planning Commission
and then by the City Board of Directors by ordinance
adopted April 6, 1982. A one-year extension was granted
by the Planning Commission at its meeting of February 15,
1983, item no. 13.
The existing litigation over the financing of another
hotel -motel project in the City by the issuance of tourism
revenue bonds by the municipality has not been concluded
as yet. Our information is that the matter has been taken
under submission by the Arkansas Supreme Court and a decision
is expected shortly.
Under the requirements of Article IX-3 of the Little
Rock Zoning Ordinance, two one-year extensions may be granted
by the Planning Commission for the submission of the final
development plan/plat.
Accordingly, it is requested that a second one-year
extension from April 6, 1982 be granted for the submission
of the final development plan/plat. Thank you.

Due to the technical aspects of certain plats, there are in most cases
follow-up procedures that need to be done. If upon receipt of this letter
you find that your plat was approved, please make it a point to contact
the Office of Comprehensive Planning at 371-4790 to find out what the
technical instructions will be.
There may be times in which revised copies of certain plats are needed.
Please make note that no building permits will be issued until those
copies are received in the Office of Comprehensive Planning.
