A building site within the Razorback Square Shopping Center labeled on that site plan as Landlord Building "A" has been leased to Independence Federal Bank who plans to build a branch bank on this site. The Architect for Independence Federal Bank has indicated a need for an additional 24' on the east side of the lot in order for the building layout and vehicular circulation to work the best. The proposed building size will not exceed that originally shown on the approved site plan. The architect is preparing a detailed building site plan for construction on this site and it will be submitted to the City of Little Rock at which time an application is made for a construction permit. Since the proposed construction does involve increasing, slightly, the size of the building lot from that which was shown on the project site plan, I request that you review this matter for approval by the City and confirm that this proposed changes would still be consistent with the concept of development for this entire center. Attached please find a photocopy of the existing Lot "A" site as well as the proposed change. Thank you for your review of this matter. I look forward to your response concering this inquiry.
