cularly described as: Beginning at the intersection of the Westerly right-of-way
line of Jessie Road and the Northerly right-of-way line of Cantrell Road (Arkansas
State highway No. 10); thence N78°23'53"W along said Northerly right-of-way line,
121.28 ft. to a point; thence Northwesterly and continuing along .said Northerly
right-of-way line, being the arc of a 1,946.60 ft. radius curve to the right, hav-
