LEGAL DESCRIPTION
I hereby certify that I have surveyed part of the NEl/4 SE1/4 Section 32, and part
of the W1/2 'SW1/4 Section 33, T-2-N R-12-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more parti-
cularly described as: Beginning at the intersection of the Westerly right-of-way
line of Jessie Road and the Northerly right-of-way line of Cantrell Road (Arkansas
State Highway No. 10); thence N78°23'53"W along said Northerly right-of-way line,
127.28 ft. to a point; thence Northwesterly and continuing along.said Northerly
right-of-way line, being the arc of a 1,946.60 ft. radius curve to the right, hav-
ing a chord bearing and distance of N71022'30"W, 477.30 ft. to a point-, thence
N64°18'50"W and continuing along said Northerly right-of-way line, 305.98 ft. to
a point; thence Northwesterly and continuing along said Northerly right-of-way
line, being the arc of a 10,807.07 ft. radius curve to the right, havino a chord
bearing and distance of N62°39'20"W, 627.07 ft. to a point; thence N60'59'20"W and
continuing along said Northerly right-of-way line, 62.90 ft. to the Southeast cor-
ner of Tract 1, Clark's Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas; thence N28°59'10"E
along the East line of said Tract 1, 654.84 ft. to the Northeast corner thereof,
said corner being located on the Southerly right-of-way line of the Chicago, Rock
Island and Pacific Railway; thence S53°05'37"E along said Southerly right-of-way
line, 409.28 ft. to a point; thence S52°59'E and continuing along said Southerly
right-of-way line, 1,163.30 ft. to a point on the Westerly right-of-way line of
,lessie Road; thence Southwesterly along said Westerly right-of-way line, being
the arc of a 315.45 ft. radius curve to the right, having a chord bearing and dis-
tance of S18018'09"W, 68.74 ft. to a point; thence S24°33'27"W and continuing a-
long said Westerly right-of-way line, 209.17 ft. to the point of beginning,
