of the W1/2 SW1/4 Section 33, T-2-N R-12-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more parti-
cularly described as: Beginning at the intersection of the Westerly right-of-way
line of Jessie Road and the Northerly right-of-way line of Cantrell Road (Arkansas
State Highway No. 10); thence N7B°23'53"W along said Northerly right-of-way line,
127.28 ft. to a point; thence Northwesterly and continuing along .said Northerly
right-of-way line, being the arc of a 1,946.60 ft, radius curve to the right, hav-
ing a chord bearing and distance of N71'22'30"'W, 477,30 ft. to a point; thence
N64'18'50"W and continuing along said Northerly right-of-way line, 305.98 ft. to
a point, thence Northwesterly and continuing along said Northerly right-of-way
