NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That we, the said Parkinson Building Group, Inc. and Winrock Development Company hereinafter termed grantors have
caused said tract of land to be surveyed by Paul M. White, Registered Professional Surveyor, and a plat thereof made which is

identified by the title Lot 23R. Block 8. The Villages of Wellington. Little Rock. Arkansas and the date June 2007 and by the
signature of the said surveyor and the said grantor(s), and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning
Comnussion, and is- on record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Book
-T Page 0 % and the grantor(s) do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantor does hereby certify that he has re -platted said real estate ir, accordance with said plat. The lands embraced in
said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat, and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this
designation and shall be subject to the covenants, conditions, reservations and restrictions contained in Bill of Assurance filed for
record and recorded in Plat Book H Page 348 ; records of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
