THAT WHEREAS, Michael A and Dorothea A Wright, herein called "Grantors",
are the owners of the following described property:
Lot 2, Block 13, The Villages of Wellington, Little Rock, Arkansas
AND WBEREAS, it is deemed advisable to-replat the above described property.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Grantors have caused the land to be surveyed by
Edward Lofton, and a plat made thereof, indentified by the title "Lot 2R, Block 13, The
Villages of Wellington, being a replat of Lot 2, Block 13, The Villages of Wellington,
Little Rock, Arkansas". The plat bears the signature and seal of Edward Lofton
Registered Professional Engineer, and Registered Professional Land Suveyor, the
signature of the Grantors, bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock
Planning Commission, and is filed for record as Plat # _3 in the Record of the
Circuit County Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
The fling of the plat for record shall -constitute a -complete and valid -delivery -of
any and all easements and/or rights -of -way shown on the Plat.
The lands embraced in the plat shall be forever known as Lot 2R, Block 13, The
Villages of Wellington, being a replat of Lot 2, Block 13, The Villages of Wellington,
Little Rock, Arkansas, and every deed of conveyance shall bear the lot designation as
indicated on the -plat.
The purpose -of this instrument is -to amend the current building line to allow for the
encroachment of the residence as authorized by the Board of Adjustment at its meeting
on 2,6 Mardi 20071 Z, -Y 11QG
1. The lot in this replat shall be used only for single-family residential
purposes, Building Codes and Zoning Ordinances of the City of Little
Rock shall be applicable.
2. The Bill of Assurance filed with the original The Villages of
- Willington Subdivision, filed in Plat Book G, page 679 shall remain
Applicable to the lot in the this replat
