The Replat has been filed of record in the I� office of the Circuit Clerk and Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat BookCV The lot dimensions and other data shown on the Replat are hereby amended and substituted in respect of Lots 1R, 2R, 3R and 4R, Block 9, The Villages of Wellington. All remaining terms, conditions, covenants, restrictions, easements and other declarations of the original Plat and Bill of Assurance are hereby incorporated by reference and are hereby made applicable to Lots 1R, 2R, 3R and 4R, Block 9, The Villages of Wellington, except as expressly amended by the Replat. Grantor represents and warrants that it is the owner of the specific lots in question and the owner of additional property covered by the original Plat and Bill of Assurance. Under the terms of the original Plat and Bill of Assurance, Grantor is duly authorized and empowered to make this amendment upon the approval by or on behalf of the Little Rock Planning Commission.
