Starting at the Northeast Corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 31,

Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas (Plat Book E-413); thence
North 87° 32' 51" West along the North line of said Block 1 a distance of 608.28 feet to the
Northwest Corner of said Block 1; thence South 36° 29' 21" West along the West line of said
