The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation. The purpose of this plat is to combine 2 lots into 1. All Buildings and structures constructed on said property shall conform to the rules and regulations of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
