KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT
That whereas, Kelly M. Kirby and Ron 0. Carter are the owners of Lots 85 and 86, The Ranch, an
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
That we, Kelly M. Kirby and Ron 0. Carter, have hereinafter named termed grantors has caused the
said tract of land to be surveyed by White-Daters & Associates, Inc., Professional Registered Land
Surveyors and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title of Lot 85R being a replat of Lots 85 and
86, The Ranch, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. By the signature of the said
surveyor and the said grantor and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning
Commission and is on record in the Office of Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, in
Arkansas in Plat Book,;; 0 1 9- 0 V 000 j and the grantor does hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantor does hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat.
The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of
conveyance for said property shall use this designation.
The purpose of this replat is to combine two Lots (85 and 86) into one Lot 85R. No other
easements or building lines have been changed and should still be referred to the original Bill of Assurance
for The Ranch.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and exofficio
Recorder or Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and
easements shown on the said plat.
