That whereas, Derek A. Stafford is the owner of lot 260RR, Cypress Point, an Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
That I, Derek A. Stafford, have hereinafter named termed grantor, has caused the said tract of
land to be surveyed by White-Daters & Associates, Inc., Professional Registered Land Surveyors and a
plat thereof made which is identified by the title of lot 260RR being a replat of lot 260R, Cypress Point,
an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. By the signature of the said surveyor and
the said grantor and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission
and is on record in the Office of Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, in Arkansas in
Plat Book ,;7-o/ 70 � �-- and the grantor does hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantor does hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat.
The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of
conveyance for said property shall use this designation.
The purpose of this replat is to amend the utility easement along the north boundary and add
additional 5 ft. easement on the east boundary of lot 260RR. No other easements or building lines have
been changed and should still be referred to the original Bill of Assurance for Cypress Point.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-
officio Recorder or Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and
easements shown on the said plat.

Approved engineering drawings for streetlight system have been received and approved. Applicant is
responsible to furnish as -built drawings once streetlights have been installed.

Attached for your approval is a plat copy of Lot 260RR in Cypress Point, The Ranch, an addition
to the City of Little Rock. The replat for Lot 260RR in Cypress Point changes the 10' easement in
the back to a 5' easement. We have also attached a survey of the property showing the existing
improvements.
The owners of this property would like to file the plat by Tuesday, October 4, 2016.
An email response or signed copy via email will suffice in lieu of a signed paper copy. If you
would like to review and sign off on a paper copy please let me know and we will have one sent
