TO PARKLAND HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION
Parkland Heights Ranch Properties, LLC, files this Notice of Additional Property as
written evidence and acknowledgement of the exercise of its rights to annex additional lands to
become a part of Parkland Heights Subdivision pursuant to subsection (c) of Article XVI of the
Bill of Assurance of Parkland Heights Subdivision filed and recorded in the official records of
the Pulaski County Circuit/County Clerk's Office where the same appears as instrument number
2007045678 and having been subsequently amended by the Amendment to the Bill of Assurance
of Parkland Heights Subdivision filed of record in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas on or about May 21, 2008, as instrument number 2008035192 and Second Amendment
to the Bill of Assurance of Parkland Heights Subdivision filed of record in the office of the
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas on July 28, 2008, as instrument number 2008051608.
The property to be annexed into Parkland Heights Subdivision is described in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto (the "Property").
Parkland Ranch Heights Properties, LLC, the sole owner of the Property, for and in
consideration of the benefits accrued and to accrue to it, which benefits are hereby acknowledged
to be of value, has caused a plat of the property, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit
"B", showing surveys made by Timothy E. Daters of White-Daters and Associates, Inc.,
registered professional engineer, and bearing a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little
Rock Planning Commission, filed of record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex Officio
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Book , Page the same to be hereby
designated as, and to be hereafter referred to as, "Parkland Heights Subdivision Phase 1B, an
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas". The Property described above
and hereby annexed into Parkland Heights Subdivision shall be subject to the Bill of Assurance
of Parkland Heights Subdivision, as amended, and subject to assessment to the same extent as if
it were originally included in the Property on the date the Bill of Assurance was filed and
recorded of record, and every deed of conveyance of any Lot or Tract therein describing the
same by the number or numbers shown on the Plat shall be deemed a sufficient description
thereof.

CenterPoint Energy has no objection to the attached plat of Parkland Heights Phase 1 D as long as we
are able to retain a utility easement for all gas mains as shown on the attached facility map. Per Paul's
note below, our facilities should be covered in the 50ft wide tract for utilities.

Brandon, the gas line on the East side of Bldg. 6 should be OK. We have a 50 ft. wide tract to be used for utilities
along the east property line. I think we will need to relocate the service line between the buildings west of there
because they have changed the buildings. We have a lot of utility work to do because of the revised bldg. plan.

Please see the attached gas map showing the approximate location of our gas main. I am concerned
about the location of our gas facilities located on the east side of "building 6". Your plat does not show
Bass Circle, so I cannot confirm that the proper easement(s) are shown to accommodate our existing
gas facilities.
Please review and let me know your thoughts.
