The property to be annexed into Parkland Heights Subdivision is described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto (the "Property"). Parkland Ranch Heights Properties, LLC, the sole owner of the Property, for and in consideration of the benefits accrued and to accrue to it, which benefits are hereby acknowledged to be of value, has caused a plat of the property, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "B", showing surveys made by Timothy E. Daters of White-Daters and Associates, Inc., registered professional engineer, and bearing a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, filed of record in the office of helCircuit Clerk and Ex Officio 411 Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Book col �,ge the same to be hereby designated as, and to be hereafter referred to as, "Parkland Heights Subdivision Phase 113, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas".
